We've moved our popular yoga classes online to help you make time for yourself at home to build strength, improve your flexibility, stretch and relax. The class is available to watch live or catch-up/re-watch at a time that suits you.
Our Community Class Programme is supported by Sport England, enabling us to continue these classes online during this time. If you want to take part but are unable to make a contribution, please get in touch - we want you to stay active in mind and body!
