ABOUT THE CLASS

- A friendly and relaxed yoga class suitable for all levels, from newcomers to regular yogis.
- This class is taught by
Kirsty B.
- The class starts with some gent
le movement or breathing to prepare the mind and warm up the body.
- Then we'll explore a variety of floor (sitting/lying) and standing postures and sequences, with options and variations you can take to suit you.
- We'll finish with some relaxation to calm the body and focus the mind.
- The aim is to provide you with the opportunity to focus on what you need. There's no pressure to look a certain way, just enjoy the chance to get the body moving.

VENUE 
- Class take place at Penkhull Village Hall, Trent Valley Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 5JB.

- There is a free car park at the back of the building
