- A friendly and relaxed yoga class suitable for all levels, from beginners to regular yogis.
- This class is taught by our yoga teacher Kirsty Nicol aka 'The Dyslexic Yogi' who is known for her accessible and friendly approach.
- The class starts with some gentle movement or breathing to prepare the mind and warm up the body.
- Then we'll explore a variety of floor (sitting/lying) and standing postures and sequences, with options and variations you can take to suit you.
- We'll finish with some relaxation to calm the body and focus the mind.
- The aim is to provide you with the opportunity to focus on what you need. There's no pressure to look a certain way, just enjoy the chance to get the body moving.


- Class take place at Penkhull Village Hall, Trent Valley Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 5JB.

- There is a car park to the rear and on-street parking at the front.
- Please follow social distancing and hand hygiene as indicated at the venue. We will send more detail once you've registered.


- £7 drop in, with block discounts available.
- Registration is required just once before attending your first class then pay as you go.
