ABOUT THE CLASS
- A friendly and relaxed yoga class taught by Kirsty Booth.
- You don't have to be a superstar yogi, as long as you have some experience so you and your body know what to expect.
- We'd recomment getting in touch with us first If you're a complete beginner to yoga.
- We welcome all genders to our classes.
CLASS FORMAT
- We start with some gentle movement or breathing to prepare the mind and warm up the body.
- Then we'll explore a variety of floor (sitting/lying) and standing postures and sequences, with options and variations you can take to suit you.
- We'll finish with some relaxation to calm the body and focus the mind.
- The aim is to provide you with the opportunity to focus on what you need. There's no pressure to look a certain way, just enjoy the chance to get the body moving.

Parking - Car park to the rear of the building and on-street parking on surrounding streets

CONTRIBUTIONS
- Online booking for single class or block discounts
- £8 for a single class
- Get the 6 week block for £30
- Block discounts are valid for the 6 consecutive weeks as booked. Missed sessions are not transferable to another block.
