ABOUT THE CLASSES
- Friendly and relaxed classes to introduce you to yoga taught by Kirsty Booth.
- Suitable for those who've never tried yoga before, those coming back to it after a break, or those who would prefer to stick to a beginner level class.
- We welcome all genders to our classes.
- We start with some gentle movement or breathing to prepare the mind and warm up the body.
- Then we'll explore a variety of floor (sitting/lying) and standing postures and sequences, with options and variations you can take to suit you.
- We'll finish with some relaxation to calm the body and focus the mind.
- The aim is to provide you with the opportunity to focus on what you need. There's no pressure to look a certain way, just enjoy the chance to get the body moving.

VENUE
- Class take place at Penkhull Village Hall, Trent Valley Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 5JB.
- There is a free car park at the back of the building and some on street parking on surrounding streets. Please be mindful of local residents if parking on the street.
