ABOUT THE CLASS

- A fun, and friendly class to help you get moving more, to support your physical and mental health.
- For those who'd like to try yoga, or get back into it, but for whom floor yoga might not be the way to move.
- Chair Yoga means no getting up and down off the floor, and instead using the chair as the base for seated poses, as well as for support in 

- A great way to support you to get moving more, in your way - and to help you relaxm unwind and take some time for yourself.

CLASS FORMAT
- Doors open 15 minutes before class starts giving people time to catch-up, make friends and feel comfortable in the space.

- We start with some gentle movement or breathing to prepare the mind and warm up the body.
- Then we'll explore a variety of postures and sequences, with options and variations you can take to suit you.
- We'll finish with some relaxation to calm the body and focus the mind.

Penkhull Village Hall - Trent Valley Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 5JB.
Parking - Car park to the rear of the building and on-street parking on surrounding streets

CONTRIBUTIONS

- Get the 4 weeks for £16 or pay £5 a class
- Block discounts are valid for the 5 consecutive weeks as booked. Missed sessions are not transferable to another block.
- Register then choose to pay by card when you register, or to bring cash (£16/£5) with you on the day.
