ABOUT THE CLASS
- A fun, and friendly class to help you get moving more.
- It's completely chair based, so we remain seated throughout - but don't be in doubt, it is great exercise that works your body AND brain.
- Aimed at (but not exclusively for) older adults, or those living with a disability or long-term condition that may have an impact on their mobility.
- Sessions are open to all.

CLASS FORMAT
- Doors open 15 minutes before class starts giving people time to catch-up, make friends and feel comfortable in the space.
- We do a gentle warm up to mobilise the joints, warm up the muscles and boost circulation.
- Using music from a variety of styles and eras, we work through routines with lots of options and adaptations of movements to choose from, so there's something for everyBody.
- At then end we wind down with some gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation.
- All our music and activities are requests from the group - so if there's a particular style, band or singer you'd like to move and groove to, be sure to make a note and let us know!
